2017 Academic Forum
March 19-21 in Tempe, Arizona

NASPO is partnering with Arizona State University's Department of Supply Chain Management to host the inaugural Academic Forum, March 19-21, 2017. In an effort to address one of NASPO's Top Ten Priorities, staffing and talent management strategies, NASPO is working with our academic partners to discuss how to best develop the current and up-and-coming state procurement workforce.

The Academic Forum will bring together academics and state procurement leaders to discuss challenges in the attraction and retention of qualified talent in state procurement. The state CPO (or the CPO's designee) for each state is invited, along with NASPO's academic partners. If you are interested in participating and did not receive a formal invitation by email, please let us know by contacting Amanda Jackson.

We look forward to this valuable dialogue with our academic partners to discuss our shared goal of well educated and invested leaders in state procurement.

Registration

Registration for the Academic Forum is open through February 20 and is available to state CPOs and academic partners by invitation. Please contact Amanda Jackson for questions regarding your participation.
